Vanilla protein tastes great. Overall - casein is a must have for anyone interested in gaining lean mass or in keeping the muscle during fatloss. Compared to casein whey protein is just a piss water, so all the hardgainers and those with high catabolic hormone level can benefit from mixing whey and casein to ensure the quick surge of aminoacids in the bloodstream from whey and sustained moderate level of aminoacids from casein. I use a 50/50 whey-casein mix before workout, and take a serving of casein before going to bed. |
