Update: 40 years old - Endurance is way up and amount of weight has increased by 15%.
I have been using Beta-Alanine for a couple of weeks. I am using 1½ grams before I lift. I still get a tingling and a flush when I use it.
The tingling goes away in about 45 minutes. I get the tingling on the back of my legs and back of my neck. It pumps me up for lifting.
I stack Ethyl Ester Arginine, Ethyl Ester Creatine and Caffeine Anhydrous. I would recommend this product!
