I feel like I am in my mid 20’s on this stuff!
I spent my 20’s and early 30’s destroying my body. Now I am spending my late 30’s and 40’s trying to do anything to keep it together and moving. Football, weightlifting and heavy party days have caught up with me. I am 40 years old. My main problems are with my knees and elbows, forearms and shoulders.
The pain in my knees would almost drop me when I ran up stairs. I have had to drop weight from the bench or fight the pain. I had to stop lifting at one point. My elbows, forearms and specially my shoulders would act up. I started taking supplements about ten years ago. Some of the products used are: Glucosamine/Chondroitin, Gludamine, MSM and various other supplements with some success. I had to use D.M.S.O and Tiger Balm quite a bit.
I was recommended Cissus Quadrangularis from a friend in Canada. I tried it. I now highly recommend it to anyone who has joint pain. This is the first product that has really worked for me.
I have combined it with Omega 3-6-9.
I have not missed a day of lifting because of pain. I feel great!
