horrible stuff. Sides were the worst of any cycle I've ever run. no strength gains to speak of except for some increased reps in week 4. I ran 5 weeks of this at 30,30, 45,45,60... and then with an immaculate pct following all precautions and standards protocols... I am the same size as I was when i started. Did not net a pound of gains. Do not take this product. |
