For the money this is a good powder. Pure Isolate may be a little better building muscle, but I doubt it is substantial. The first ingredient is Isolate anyways. However, no protein powder will ever be as good at building muscle as real food. It is good to use protein powder around workout time as I think liquid meals are better for recovery. Just be wise and use it as a supplement and not food.
