Review:

I'm a big fan of Generic Labz and I must say this as well as there other products work. I have been on this for about two weeks now and so far im up 11 pounds and i went from preacher curling 65 pound dumbelss two repping 85 pound dumbells. Now the extreme wight gain is probably because i quit eatin when i was sick but the strenth i have never been able to do that much weight most of my lifts has increased. Plus the price ain't bad I will continue to use Generic Labz products till the day i can't lift another weight.
