Rocky Road 10lb bag. Takes so good! It's even ok with water, but BEST with milk. If you need some extra protein for that muscle repair, i'd get some of this. But not from this site, I've gotten this same product online for about 20 dollars LESS. Just bargain shop. Oh , and just so you all know, there still is NO scientific proof that this helps grow muscle at all. It's pretty much a greaat mystery. Eating a tuna sandwich, chicken breast, drinking some milk is probably just about the same.. anyways... atleast it tastes good! |
