best whey protein i've tried... mixes easily in a shaker cup, and is great pre/post workout. I take 2 scoops with breakfast, 1 scoop preworkout, and two scoops after lifting. great taste and never have any digestive upset. read that postworkout its best to mix whey and casein, so I just ordered optimum 100% casein, to try that mix. As far as whey's go, this is the best. |
