I thought this stuff was pretty good. Overall my bench went from 205 for 4 to 225 for 6 (all other weights up too). I gained exactly 10 lbs. I started at 180 and finished at 190. I took it for 4 weeks. Week one 15mg a day. Weeks 2 - 4 30 mgs a day. I also took 4 - 5 scoops of Whey prot. daily and 2 tsp of cee a day. Also focused on increasing my calories (this is very important - eat more food/smaller portions/more often). I started to notice major gains starting the 3rd week. The first week was tough. I was lethargic as hell!!! I mean bad!! Not sure if it was all pmax or a combo of pmax and a head cold. 2nd week aok. The third week I jumped up in all my weights and felt strong as an ox! Same with the 4th week. I lost 2 lbs during my last weekend (drinking bender!!!). I've gain back 1 lb. I'm in my second week of 6 oxo now. 6 oxo is some good stuff too!!! Some have said its hard to keep the gains. I'll let you know in 2 - 3 months! |
