Been taking three caps a night before i go to sleep for two weeks and whats cool about this product is that it helps you sleep a lot deeper i came off a cycle with venom hyperdrive 3.0 and i was really sleep deprived and ZMA helped me out a lot. I tried doing some research on the product and all i found on lab studies were not independent, they were studies comducted by the original makers of ZMA so who knows about the testosterone stimulationg qualities i heard a lot of people talking about. i guess if you sleep better you recover quicker, so this product does a good job in that aspect. |
