One of the best values for fish oil you can find. Plus I love the fact that you don't have to choke down so many pills with these since the EPA/DHA content is much higher in these compared to others.

Of course with fish oils comes the burps (dear God they're bad). I started taking them before eating, and it helps cut down on the fish-burps. I've heard that over time they can go away but I'm not there yet.

If you want a fish oil in your stack I think this is the best one to go with.
