And those scientists say that protein doesn't give a pump! What do they know? The day this arrived I was so psyced to get it. I had been waiting for it from the day i ordered it (wich only amounted to about a week) I had the rocky road. It's awsome in milk, and pretty good in water. I had no problem mixing it in a shaker but it stirred stubbornly in a glass. It lasted about 2 months taking 3 servings a day. The day I ran out is the day i really saw that it had been working. It was leg day and w/out it my recovery time was insane. I was still sore a week later while when i was using this i only took 2-3 days for legs to recoop. I wish they'd sell thecookies and cream in the 10 pound bag but untill then i'm happy enough. This is a quality supplement for a cheap price. |
