I took this product along with the AM/PM Perpetual Pump, and I have to admit that the stack works. I had excellent gains and I think it's worth the money I paid for it. The only problem I had with it was when I changed from an afternoon to morning workout. It says to take it 30 min before your workout, but at 30 min I was most likely on the crapper. My other issue was with two of the ingredients that are in both the products.
Guanidinopropionic Acid (GPA) and Glycocyamine (G-amine)
I didn't research these ingredients to thoroughly, but I didn't like what I read. Who ever reads this can take it for what it's worth. I would've like to have known this prior to buying it, because I spent two weeks feeling some serious discomfort in the morning. |
