Another winner from Xtreme Formulations. Works better than just using ICE in terms of aloowing me to get through long workouts and has helped in dropping %bodyfat but not weight while at maintenance calories. One improvement would be if they came out with Vendetta in one of the flavors ICE is available in as the mixture of Vendetta and ICE is pretty nasty tasting.
