Good stuff for the price, didn't really make me mad as hell or anything, but kept almost all my gains after a cycle of Phera-Max. Took maybe 2 weeks and the boys were back to normal. Alpha Male and Vitrix took them above normal but those are $50 supplements.
Next cycle I will run this again with some Fenugreek, which is also cheap as hell. I would expect that would bring them back up within a week, so gains will be nearly no losses as long as you eat good.
In 1g pills you really can't mess with it, I only took the recommended dosage which is 2 pills a day. Although I'll run 3 next time, just to have a constant flow morning, noon, and nite. We'll see how that goes!!! I love being pissed off once in awhile, and I think 3 will make the difference.
