Glutamine is good stuff, I take about 5 grams before workouts and never tire. If I don't, it feels like lactic acid takes over before I finish a set. So more Glutamine = more reps = more muscle. I also take another 5 grams afterwards.
I cannot stress more how important Glutamine is, besides while taking it I haven't been sick! I laugh in my co-workers faces when they ask how come you never get sick!!! Try being a healthy person once, it might help...they don't listen. |
