Started using this Jan 1. of this year and just ran out today (3/4/07). I eat real healthy and have been doing my cardio as well (along with lifting) but this stuff has really helped me shave off 18lbs in two months. I can't say all my weightloss has been because of this product but it def enhanced my weightloss and especially my fat burning capabilities.
