CEE is a great supplement, all of you who are badmouthing it should clean up your diet, get 8 hours of sleep a night, drink a gallon of water a day and cut out the booze and smoking before you give a review 1 star and say its garbage.
Im 215lbs and a powerlifter, on training days i take 3 pills pre and 3 pills post workout. non training days i take 3 pills immediately upon waking up and 3 more 3-5 hours later 15 minutes before i eat. Ive been taking it for a week and already i feel/look more solid, and have had good pumps. Strength increases too, extra reps i mean nothing outragous.
