This is such a great product

after 1 bottle of this, combined with ephedrine hcl and caffeine, my pant size went down by 2 while my wait stayed the same


i used about 10 squirts in the morning only on stomach and love handles


then SOMETIMES 10 squirts at night


i noticed little results


but when i cut my calories back by ALOT i noticed ALOT of result.

the less you eat, the better this product works, because the fat won't be redeposited

this is not a miracle drug, it will help with your fatloss, not CAUSE fatloss

you can't eat like a pig and expect the fat to be removed.

i regret wasting half the bottle while eatting too much in the beginning


also i cant emphasize enough SCRUB YOUR BODY GOOD before putting it on...

when i put it on after sweating and moving around all day without cleaning, it just seems to be wasted on dry skin and dirt.
