I would recommend this product for anyone that need a boost and focus at the gym. This product will help with some development of muscle size but you need proper nutrition and exercise to see the full result. Mixing with gatorade or powerade will help with the taste and the delivery of NO to the muscle. Start with 1 or 2 scoops (depending on size) to start off then move on to 3 scoop to feel the full effect but I would not recommend mixing with more then 3 scoops. Also drink extra water during exercise to reduce the cramping.
p.s: may lower cardio endurance for the first time users but this will wear off after a few weeks of using the product. |
