Review:

I absolutly love this product, ever since I started taking this my lifts have gone up slowly but surely, I am ok with slow because tendons need to grow and they take a little longer to grow. My Incline bench has gone from 3 sets of 185 for 8 reps to 2 sets of 225 for 5 reps over a 5 week period and my weight has jumped from 190 to 205 lbs.
