never lets me down, i used to use the powder but that was just a pain in the arse, these caps are second to none, for me the best effect occurs if i take 6 caps before bed and 2 in the morning i spend the whole day on a high really confident, i find myself able to deal with any situation calmly. cant believe this stuff is legal.
