Review:

Nothing terribly notable from taking this. I don't recommend it, but it is the cheapest and allegedly the best antioxidant. I suppose it's possible that it's decreasing DOMS. I dunno, maybe I should up the dose to 2 grams instead of one. I'm on teh fence.
