This stuff is pointless. The fundamental flaw is that any movement related activity is hindered by it, i.e. most sport is out of the question!!
So if you like your joints, don't use this!
Apparently your diet has to be spot on before you use it. Well your diet should be spot on before you supplement anything, thats the point to supplement an already perfect diet. If most of the peeps concentrated on that one fact they would see the effects of their sensible supplements increase greatly..
Long term use of this product is just as detrimental as other products, and cutting out the good oils even when one understands why w.r.t. this product is just dumb.If this product means no oils and risking injury in my sports then for me at least this utterly pointless.
I don't think too highly of Bill Lewyln and his salesbook thats skirts the real science of seroids and thier effects either (the Anabolics 2004,5,6 rubbish). He's a self proclaimed expert, not a real one.
I found it v.entertaining to discover the owner of this site in a thread (can be accessed on the main x-factor bulk nutrtion page) totally panned this product too, I was starting to wonder why bulk were only offering $4 off this product in a special, they are trying their best to avoid it being sold!
It's pants..stay away, but do get your diet sorted and play with real performance enhancers such as BCAA's, glutamine, cituilline malate and lipoic acid as well as pleanty of good oils! |
