Excellent product. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and look forward to drinking it every first a.m. Taste fine by itself. Seems to taste better with every use. Maybe our body recognizes it for its nutrient and health benefits or its stimulating affect and is releasing "feel good" neurotransmitters to encourage its continued consumption, but i dunno for sure. I have recently started looking for the perfect diet for my active lifestyle as a very fit 39 year old male. I weight train 4 days a week (heavy) with 25-32 sets per workout and perform 3-4 hrs cardio/week. BF=approx 10%. I mix this with 2 scoops of CytoSport Complete Whey (vanilla) and 1 TSP of Udo's oil.
