I have tried this supplement for two bottles (orders) now and have to write a review. It definitely works; I get a sounder sleep and most noticeably, its true- your dreams will be very vivid , random, creative and memorable. I only use one capsule at night, and I dont take it every night, yet the effects seem to be satisfactory enough for me and even seem to carry over a little if I dont take it one night. Take note: its not a real outrageous effect, but I definitely feel I get a sounder and more restorative sleep most nights I take this supp. I do not however notice much effect from any sexual enhancement. Im pretty picky with what I put into my body but with the ingredients listed and the effects I experience, this is absolutely one of my faves. |
