This stuff really cuts the weight off of me. I did a cycle of M1T and went to 217, have been taking this for 4 weeks and down to 195. Lost no strength or measurements from chest, arms, or legs...so it must have been water (from the M1T) and fat. Lost about 1 1/2 inches from my waist as well.
I actually have lost more fat taking this than with the ECA stack, and without sweating my rear off all day.
