shit kicks ass. I initially didnt like it because i took 1 pill in the morning and one like mid afternoon. This resulted in lack of sleep,anxiety, shakes, etc. I stopped taking it for a couple weeks but recently gave it another chance. I find that one in the morning is plently for the whole day. Keeps my appetite down all day/ energy up. Must buy blows lipo six/ hydroxy cut or any of that other shit out the water. Ive tried them all
