I've had this strange pain and discomfort in my left knee for the last 3 months. Squatting was very uncomfortable, and I couldn't reach parallel without pain. I ordered cissus after reading about it on forums and started taking 1/2 teaspoon twice a day. By day 3 I noticed my knee feeling better. Today is now one week and my knee feels perfect.
