This product should be viewed as the same as other SUPPLEMENTS. It is for support and support only. You cannot drink a muscle. You cannot substitute balls to the wall training and hardcore nutrition. You can drink all the protein shakes you want, the only thing that will get big is your waist line. And for those that think you can gain 15-20lbs of muscle in 4-5 weeks are taking other supplements (crack) that is probably interfering with their growth. I also have a few questions for those that aren't seeing results. How much do you truly know about gaining muscle? Do you learn beyond basic knowledge? If you say yes to both of these than you should know that you can see results from just about any protein powder.
Anyway, this product should be used very carefully. It has alot of fat. I would suggest using this product when someone cannot EAT enough red meat. Most of the flavors are delicious. If used properly( once upon waking up, after training, and once before bed) with hardcore training( heavy lifting, not that Jane Fonda bullshit) and a stout nutrition plan, you should be able to get good results from Muscle Milk. I would not suggest you use this on a pre-contest diet. This should be a off-season only protein powder. |
