this stuff doesnt do much for me as far as energy goes, but it absolutely kills my appetite. no hunger pangs at all.

1st time i tried this stuff i took 3 tabs in the morning - didnt eat anything for the rest of the day (seriously!) and couldnt sleep till about 6am that night (and even then it was sporadic)

since then i take 2 in the morning and no probs. kills my appetite and no sides IME, apart from clammy hands (no idea why. bizzare.)

about to order another bottle now.
