Great stuff, im seeing some good strength gains, big pumps, seeing some inches being put on in my shoulders, legs, and bis, great product, best cee your going to find i think, i took BSN cell mass and i didnt like it as much as this, terrible taste though, thats the only thing, but im not a taste whore, i take it becasue its getting me closer to my goals and not becuase it tastes PRETTY !!!
