I've used about 5 differenct glucosamin/chronditin products over the years, and this is the best IMHO. I know that it works for me. I recently stopped taking it for 2 months. My arthritis started hurting again. After I went back on Elastamine, the pain went away after a couple of weeks.

If you have arthritis, try this stuff!!
