I can only take the product for 2 weeks at a time. It was wonderful with appetite suppressant at first, I think I lost almost 20 pounds in 1 1/2 months.
BUT..............
I did have problems sleeping. I also had this headache every day I took it, it was as though the base of my skull was being squeezed. Probably from the clenching of my teeth at night, which caused my jaw to hurt. I was also very irritable, felt almost violent, which I did NOT like.
After the first two weeks, I took a week off and started again....the effects (benefits) were not as strong, but the sides were the same. I threw the rest of the bottle away. Now I need to find something different.
