Theanine rocks. Nothing else will keep me from getting distracted, and there are no side effects. Doesn't make you sleepy, just calm , and kinda "stoned" in large doses.
For a while I would brew some really strong green tea instead of taking the pwder, but after a while I got accustomed to the caffiene. This is a good alternative.
I mixed green tea with sugar and taurine once, and got a nasty headache. Dont do that. Sugar kills the effect.
All in all, good supp, wish it was sold in larger quanitities for cheaper, but whatever. |
