I think Vanilla is a tougher flavor to perfect than Chocolate. To wit, while Optimum's Chocolate is great, I find their Vanilla a bit "chemical" in aroma and taste.

MRM Metabolic Vanilla has a very sweet, clean aroma- reminds me of cotton candy. Taste is similar. Body is similar to Optimum- thick and creamy.

Treats my GI tract quite well, perhaps due to the enzymes incorporated into the mix.
