Review:

The best multi-vitamin I have used. I've taken the Animal Pak, ISS's pack, Now's ADAM, ASX's 32x PRO, and Centrum. This one is worth the money, and is cheaper and better than the Animal Pak, unless you want the ginseng, liver pill, and shark cartilage.
