This is a very solid supp. I'm 32 and I've been lifting on and off for about 6 years and although I've heard about bcaa's I've never actually tried supplementing with them. This stuff really shines when it comes to recovery. I would say the most dramatic effect is the reduction in doms, especially on leg day. It takes a few days of consistant use but once it kicks in, you won't want to do legs without it. I actually convinced my wife to start using it. She just started lifting about a month ago, so she's still in the stage where everything hurts the day after she lifts. However after using this stuff for 1 week she noticed a huge improvement in her recovery. So much so that she started jogging on her off days. It's a little pricey but definately worth it in my book!!! |
