Great night time protein drink. Compared to Nitro-Tech's this tastes so much better. A smooth texture compared to a chalky one. I like the banana flavor over the chocolate and vanilla. Mixes pretty easily with a spoon, a lot easier then most powders. I mix it at night before bed with one scoop in a glass of milk. It does chunk up a little bit but you can mush the chucks out with the spoon and goes down real easy. More powder for cheaper price...
