Review:

Very good product.

Over three weeks I dropped from 260 to 249. Took 2 caps twice a day, upon rising and before lunch.

The only changes I made was double my water intake from 1.5 liters of water to 3 and made sure to walk a 1/2 a mile a day. My diet sucked these three weeks as I ate out most of the time do to work.

On last note - no sides what so ever!!
