I've been on this for about two weeks. I started right after finishing a jug of NO Xplode. I take a little over a scoop before my workout and I feel about the same with this than I did with the Xplode. I will probably buy this again because it is cheaper and for me it seems to work just as good. For the guys that care about the taste, it's not as tasty as Xplode, but you get use to it after a few servings.
