Review:

Man...this is supposed to mix instantly??? WTF? No. It doesn't. Maybe I got containers made when this shit first came out. I get out a fork to grind it in the side of the cup to smooth it out. Oh yeah...I have cytosport Complete Whey sitting in my cabinet...weird how it's the same description, makeup, BCCA ratios...same product, different package. Annoying.
