I just thought I should put in my two cents after a year of use...
Wonderful! Why doesn't this come up as a treatment for people diagnosed with anxiety disorders? Probably because it didn't ride any pharmaceutical wave of glory into the offices of doctors around the world.
My favorite part about it is that it accentuates the natural flavor of tea - I especially like it in chai. Overall, it's just good old fashioned "you don't feel well...here, let’s have a cup of tea". Failed a class? Come to my place and have some tea. Your dog died? Come over for some tea. Rush hour hell? Don't forget to make some tea. 30 minutes later the edge is gone, and the problem seems more manageable. I'll just have to take calculus again...Tabby was a good cat, I'll miss her...Only 20 minutes until I'm off the highway.
A crucial component for anybody's home medicine cabinet! 5 stars!
