Hands down the best weight loss product I ever tried. I have been using this product for for 5 days and have lost 5lbs. Its simply the best but just like everyone has said be careful. Just because I lost 5lbs in 5 days doesn't mean thats smart to do. Use Caution! Drinks lots of water and eat every meal. I never took a product that made me so excited. Good Luck
