Although the bodyfat % is slightly off (and I don't think horribly), it does give consistant reads.
What I mean by this, is that i wouldn't use it to find out what my BF% is and then weeks later use another type of BF% scale to find if i have gained or decreased BF. If you stick to the same machine, and use it at consistant times during the day (first thing in the morning) you will be able to monitor increases/decreases in BF or lean muscle.
I highly advise using this devise or something similar to monitor lean mass and BF increases/decreases. |
