Pros: Definitley decreases stress!! I hold my stress around my neck & traps, and in the last couple years these areas have always been tight. But after taking theanine the pain and tightness has essentially disappeared.
Cons: powder form is hard to measure, so once i ended up taking around 400-500 mg which left with a headache for one whole day. Sometimes you feel such little stress that deadlines dont seem important. For example the first time I took it, I was taking my sweet time getting ready for work fully knowing I was going to be late if i didnt hurry up.
Doasage: I have been taking 300mg once a week. Or when I feel very stressfull. Even though some recommend taking it every day. I think you should gauge your stress and anxiety levels and take it when you need it. |
