Review:

ANYTHING in excess is bad. Dosage requirements vary by person too, so experiment but I do NOT sugeste exceeding the labeled dosages. I am 6 ft 220 poudns and i never went above 2 caps 2X a day or 3 caps 1X a day. worked great, good energy boost, and some loss in body fat.
