I have just reading few of the past reviews and can understand why some may not be enjoying it. If I take over 1g dose in a 6 hour period it is too much.
I am in the military and this stuff keeps me from biting someone's head off after working 16+ hours for weeks at a time. I have been taking it for 6 months now and take it 5 days a week. I cap 500mg in the am when i wake up. Take another 500mg cap during lunch. Then I take one more 500mg cap in the evening but never after 1900 (7pm). If i do i wake up feeling like a when out drinking the night before. that is the right dose for me. You have to play around and get the right dose for you. It has a long half-life so it has a compounding affect. That is why it is better to spread out your dosages in smaller amounts throughout the day.
