I just finished my first & last bottle of Jet Fuel. I've gained 5lbs - I'm very certain that it's all muscle, so is my personal trainer. It gave me plenty of energy & really helped with workouts, felt stronger. I won't buy it again because I was hoping to lose weight, or at least not gain any & lose fat while gaining muscle. I think this would probably be a great product for body builders, just not for me. I'm just a female looking to drop a few lbs of unwanted fat & tone up. I start the venom tri-lean system tomorrow maybe that will bring the results I'm looking for. I will still give this 4 stars because it is a great product for building muscle. Maybe if had done more cardio I would've gotten better results - half hour 4x a week while taking Jet Fuel & 1hr. of lifting 2x a week. |
