Great product on paper but you may not notice its effects until you stop using it or maybe never, but in the right doses it does work! take prior to your workout and basically it enables you to workout for alot longer that the suggested 45 mins without fear of cortisol levels rising. Ideal for long bulking workouts. MUST BE COMBINED with other products to work just like with every other supplement in existance. On its own, yes it prob wont do much. combined and you will see the results.
